Please uninstall the previous version of Fluenz, restart your computer, then install the new version. If you still get the same error message, email us at [email protected] to further troubleshoot.

I have tried to uninstall the current Fluenz programs via program manager but they will not uninstall?

You should be able to find the 'Uninstaller' tool within your Fluenz folder on your hard drive (C:Drive>Program Filesx86>Fluenz).
