We did some more research with Microsoft and I found a solution. MSVRC100.dll is a windows system file that stands for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. You can download the appropriate redistributable here.

Before you do so, please remove the previous install of Fluenz.
Once downloaded, please run the executable file. It should be named vcredist_x86.exe
Please restart your computer after the download and then try installing Fluenz again.

I had a different version of C++ on my machine and discovered that the C++ framework needed to be 32 bit and/or C++ 2010 Thanks Andy, cheers!
