I have been asking for help for the last week in reference to getting my activation code for my copy of Spanish 1,2,3,4,5. I send an email from the website support page, I sent a direct email to usersupport and I tried to call but was just directed to use the email. How can I get my code again for my version of the program (f 2.10). I included an order number and the approximate date I made the purchase along with the email account I used to order and create an account here. What else do I need to do to get a response of some type other than no response at all? Thanks for any help you can provide!
