Please verify that the device isn't on silent mode. The button on the side should not be showing red. If it's an iPad Air, swipe up from the bottom screen and make sure the bell does not have a line through it (see below).

The device is not on silent mode. TouTube and Rhapsody are working fine. No red lights. Not an iPad Air. iPad 3 w/retnia display. Tried both levels 2 and 3 of Spanish LA. No volume for any of the workouts on levels 2 and 3.

Just FYI, I just tried app on Android and the volume is fine. It is something with the iPad and Fluenz (f3?) Thanks.

I recommend deleting the Fluenz App and re-installing it again. If this does not solve the issue could you please email us at [email protected] to troubleshoot directly? Please include the version of the Fluenz App you're using and the iOS for the iPad. Thank you.

Same problem. The audio simply does not work consistently on the iPad. Please fix this issue as it renders the software useless. ....and no, the iPad is not on silent mode. Other audio works just fine. It's the Fluenz app.

I have the same problem no sound on French 3 But sessions 3 & 4 session 5 & 1 are fine iPad Air 2 iOS 11.2.2

Please go to the main menu in the Fluenz App and then go to "My Downloads" and click the X to delete the session that won't play. You can then return to the main menu and re-download that lesson again. That should resolve the issue. If it continues, please uninstall and reinstall the App.
