UPDATE: Strange as it may seem, I am able to access the program with the iPad through the fluenz.com site and logging in. I need to go through the fluenz commons site for flashcards and to access this forum, but still can't get in through the app. For the record, I did try to delete and reload the app. My iOS is 9.2 - the most current, and I use the Chrome browser. Since I can get in through the browser this issue is obviously not the end of the world. Just wanted to toss it out there in case anyone has an insight into the app glitch, or if it's just happening on my iPad. Chau.

When you get the message you should have an option to click 'Yes' to deactivate from the other device and then continue. The other device would be the previous Fluenz App that was deleted from the device. I manually deactivated it from our end, so please give it another try. If this still doesn't work, please email us at [email protected] and we'll have our tech team look into this to troubleshoot further.
