I have a question about Level 5, Section 11, Match the words. One of them says, "Les voy a escribir un checque". Seems like I remember that you can put lo/la/les in front of the verb if the verb is conjugated. I could be totally wrong, but in this exercise the verb is not conjugated. What am I missing? Sure there is a reason, but I cannot figure it out.
I don't recall where this is taught (earlier than where you are I think), but we learned that if the infinitive is preceded by a conjugated verb, "voy" in this case, the pronoun can come before the first verb OR after the infinitive. In exercises where you type the Spanish for English phrases, the program should accept either.
Thanks!. For some reason my mind was was stuck on the "escriber"(not conjugated) and by passed the "voy" (conjugated). I run into these lapses in memory from past lessons some times. As Sonia keeps reminding me practice, practice, practice.
