Jubblord - our apologies for any issues getting started, but we'll be here to help get you going. For the first issue, there isn't an all around fix, so it's best that we troubleshoot that via our support channel online.
As for the audio files, login to online.fluenz.com and then click the 3 red boxes then click on "audio compontent". From there, choose your language and level and then you'll see both options for comprehension and pronunciation with the download button.

Thank you for getting back to me
I followed your method for the audio and only the pronunciation is appearing for me, comprehension MP3 isn't even an option

Also, just tried this on a Windows 10 machine and still having the 'no internet connection' issue.
