I absolutely love CBS. After level 5 of Fluenz I would start with level 3 of CBS. There are interesting things in level 2 but it may be too easy for you. I've listened free to level 2, and I've subscribed to level 3 and 4 to get the transcripts and additional audio and exercises. I'm at level 4 now. Their explanations are very good, and there is a good amount covering the subjunctive which is a must have. If you have finished MT, you probably know how to form the subjunctive, but with CBS you will actually use it in real life situations. To add vocabulary I always suggest reading a newspaper in spanish that covers your country. For example El Pais for USA. It makes learning easier than reading something about internal affairs of a country you don't know anything about.
