The exercises do get a little repetitive if you've done several of them already. I usually start getting bored by the time I get to the part where you type the dialogue from the beginning. Not enough variety or challenge.

At the beginning no. But as I've gone on further, yes I even procrastinate using it anymore. I'm somewhere in the last couple levels of German 4 and I get so bored by the end of the level I sometimes leave it for a few days before I finish it. It is worth noting that I am in German and taking a course (I'd would say I'm well beyond the capacity of Fluenz by now, but it's still good for review and vocab for me.) Maybe try listening to your own music as you do it, it will have to be fairly quite when doing the listening exercises however. What about an energy drink or a coffee as you go along?
Best of luck, Mike.

I'm one of those who metabolizes coffee very fast, meaning that I can take two espresso shots and take a nap 20 mins after. :)
So unfortunately, coffee and energy drinks are of no use to me.

To be honest here, I find the course to be boring (Spanish, Latin America).
While I find the explanations DO clear up questions I may have (when to use lo, la, le, etc.), I am somewhat bored with the fact that, in my opinion, most of the course is geared around travel and restaurants. Since I hate restaurants, and I have no desire to travel, I am very bored with the dialogues, etc.
Just my humble opinion.

I have the same problem with sleeping, but I don't believe it is boredom. I try to drink some tea or coffee, have a snack and study at the same time, and I think I just relax enough that I fall asleep.
