Andy, is everything back online? I have not been able to access my account since around 4pm EST, Tuesday. It is now 9pm and the system is telling me it has no record of my name or account when I try and recover my password (password is correct, system is not recognizing it).

Andy, all is well. I downloaded a new version of Chrome and everything is fine.

The flashcards worked fine after the maintenance until about 10PM Tuesday. After that, I can sign in and select my language (Italian), the level and the session. I cannot select the type or the mode. The flash cards always begin with translating Italian > English (I can't change it to English > Italian) and there is no field for typing. (The online lesson sessions seem to be working fine.)

I started doing level 1 Spanish lesson 29 today and when I got to the yellow section everytime I typed the answer in correct it would still count it wrong. So I missed a lot of points even though I got it right. Can you somehow restore that lesson so it doesn't give me a worse grade? Gracias.

I'm trying to do my last lesson and now the conversation doesn't have any words. It just appears blank.
