Please verify that the button on the side above the volume is not showing red. If it's an iPad Air, swipe up from the bottom screen and make sure the bell does not have a line through it (see below).

It's not showing red and it isn't an iPad Air.

I see you have the app installed from the previous version then updated. Uninstall the Fluenz App and re-install it again. This should resolve the issue, but email me at [email protected] if not and I'll help further via our support channel.
