Level 5, session 2 (LA Spanish) teaches that próximo/próxima can go before or after the noun, but that it is more natural for it to go before the noun.
la semana próxima vs la próxima semana
Starting in level 3 (in sessions 1 and 3) the phrase "next week" and "next time" are presented with próxima after the noun...ie
la vez próxima and la semana próxima.
I used this on the street and was immediately corrected by locals.
In looking it up I think that the correct phrase is próxima comes before the noun.
