Hi Cuencababe, both "tengo que" and "debo" are used to express an obligation. "Tengo que" is translated as "I have to", and "debo" is "I must". You can use them just like you'd do in English, although "tengo que" might be a bit more common in everyday language. Both verbs are taught in the program, although in different levels.
