Ta would be used for the familiar feminine (Ton would be the masculine). Votre would be the formal possessive and that is for both mas. and fem.
Votre vs Va
I thought va was to describe feminine possession. Why is Votre used in the following sentence instead of va? I am sure its a simple answer (I am not a smart man as Forrest Gump would say). "Est-ce que votre maison est loin d’ici?"
