Hi Arleen,
In Chrome there is a setting where you can setup an exception to allow Javascript to be run on online.fluenz.com. All the audio except the video players and the Recording drills are handled by javascript.
To set-up an exception in Chrome, find Settings in the top-right menu with the 3 dots.
Then under Privacy, find Content Settings, a window should pop-up.
In the window, find "Javascript" and click on Manage exceptions. Here you will be able to enter online.fluenz.com and set to "allow". Next, you can restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
You can also try adding an exception in the "Plug-ins" section.
If you run into any other issues, email us at [email protected]
Cheers,
Andy
