If you go to the main menu in the Fluenz App and then go to "My Downloads" and click the X to delete the session that won't play. You can then return to the main menu and re-download that lesson again. That should resolve the issue. If the connection cuts out a little during the download it can cause this to happen. Sorry we don't have an option to download the entire level at once.

I will do that, but it will be difficult, because I tend to use my phone instead of online when I don't have a connection, so harder to fix on the fly. Thanks.
