Hmmm.. I answered this but I managed to kill it I guess. Cynthia, look at Conversation Exchange on Google. You can sometimes get a partner there. Also, look at 'Meetup' which is a social network that has local meetings for people who want to practice. I'm a beginner - a few lessons into level 2.
