"Pro" is the abbreviation of "Para" meaning "to" and "o" meaning "the", so:
"Pro" restaurante is the same thing as "Para o" restaurante -To the restaurant
Portuguese speakers use it all the time when speaking, but when writing it's more correct to use "para o", in Fluenz we mostly show it as "pro" to get you used to the way people speak-
Now, to say "To this restaurant", you can't use "pro" because you don't need the article "o" (the) but the demonstrative "esse" (this), so what you need is "Para" or its abbreviation "Pra" + "esse" -meaning: To this
Para or Pra esse restaurante = To this restaurant
Para or Pra aquele restaurante = To that restaurant
I hope it helps!
