That's right SindyD. Here both English phrases would have the same French translation with "de".
Whether the amount is specific or not doesn't come into play here, the thing to keep in mind in this type of phrase is that each time you negate any amount of something in French, you use "de". So you can say things like:
Elle n'a pas de carte de retrait pour l'instant
Elle n'a pas de temps pour l'instant
Elle n'a pas d'enfants pour l'instant
-what you negate can be singular or plural but it's always with "de".
