The correct word order is slightly different and the conjugation of the verbs aren't right. I suppose that is one of the most difficult parts when it comes to learning German.
If you have got only one dog, you should say "Jeden Tag kommt mein Hund auf mein Bett und gibt mir Liebe." If have got several dogs: "Jeden Tag kommen meine Hunde ...". Instead of "gibt mir Liebe" a German native Speaker would use a different expression to make clear that it is just cuddling. Instead of "kommt auf meine Bett" you could say "springt auf mein Bett".
