Hi SindyD, thanks for reporting this typo, it's in level 4 and of course it should say "You" and not "You(i)", so we'll get this updated!
About "to have breakfast": as we mention in the program, we commonly use the same verb to say "To have breakfast" and "To have lunch": Déjeuner.
So, in the phrase you mention, the answer is correct:
You(i) can take a seat, that way we(i) have breakfast together. = Tu peux prendre une chaise, comme ça on déjeune ensemble
To be very specific, it's possible to mention the time of the day, or to say" prendre le petit déjeuner" to make clear you're referring to "breakfast" and not "lunch", but many times the context is the one telling you if the meaning is breakfast or lunch...
