I have issues with it as well. Sometimes The video and audio never show up but I see the text on the screen during the dialog sessions, and this is when the internet is up or down.
I gave up and just use the online version. I do hope that they fix it though. It is nice to have them downloaded for use regardless of internet connection or not.

I am having the problem as well. I have been in contact with Andy and have been told that they are working on it. It is important to me as I do a lot of traveling by airplane and like to be able to review lessons while in flight and sitting in airports where I do not have internet access.
