I have had issues with it as well but I just chose to ignore them. Since it is not a formal setting and I know what I got wrong it is easy for me to study the problem areas.
I would sometimes see data that claimed on some exercises I would answer many dozens of questions in such a short time that I, according to the data logger, was answering question on average of less than one second.
Don't let their data tracking get you to waste time thinking about it. The program's training method and presentation is so rock solid I, personally, don't even hold the scoring system against them. I just pretend it isn't there.

Sandi, that's definitely a bug. I'm going to test this out and report to our engineers to get it fixed.Thanks so much for taking the time to report.
