Hi, We've checked this on our end and Level 3 Session 29 is now working properly. Could you please close out of the program, relaunch Fluenz, then try again? Let us know if that doesn't work and try online.fluenz.com in the meantime.

No, Stil not downloading.I closed the program and retired; I rebooted the computer and tried again, as well. As I said, session 30 downloads fine. I downloaded the iPad lesson 29, but that equates to the Mac lesson 28 (weather) not 29 (getting clothes washed)

Ok, I tried yet another quit and restarted the computer. Lesson 29 now downloads. HOWEVER, it looks like some of the topics for Level 3 must have changed.. as lesson 29 is now Weather, which I already dis as lesson 28, and there does not seem to be a clothes washing lesson... and all the sessions I previously downloaded and completed in Level 3 now show as undownloaded??

Try signing out and resigning back in. They've also had a few updates that requires them to be redownloaded individually to be updated.
