Hi Arty, it's not possible to use "ça" instead of "ce" here because "ça" never precedes a noun, it's always used on its own, as a "general " this or that.
So for example, we say: I want THAT = Je veux ÇA - I'm going to eat THIS = Je vais manger ÇA (here ce/cet/cette are not possible)
But we say: THAT car = CETTE voiture - THIS pen = CE stylo (here ça is not possible)
