This is probably a stupid question, but in one of the final sessions of Level 3, there was a reference to a female colleague. The tutorial used the language "una collega". I was confused by this, as I thought the italian word for colleague (collega) was masculine. Kind of makes sense, since we are referring to a female colleague in the expression, but was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this.
