Hi Sonia. First let me say thank you for contacting me personally, that goes a long ways and is much appreciated. There was and is no doubt in my mind that Fluenz is head and shoulders above the competition. I know this because I've tried many of the more popular ones including Babble, RS, Ouino and a couple of lesser knowns. I do have to be honest and say that I do wrestle with the immersion trips because it leans toward exclusivity, however, now that you've spelled out for me the upgrades you have done for no extra charge it will cause me to reconsider. It was less than 10 days ago that I purchased levels 4 and 5. So maybe I am being a bit rigid on this one. I hope you understand that in this world, and nation, that has become so sharply divided, it causes many people to make choices we never considered having to make. A person would have to be in a pretty deep slumber to believe there is "liberty and justice for all" in this country and I will always promote diversion, equality and inclusivity. I would love to see a "native speaker" option here rather than going out to italki or other sites that offer that service, and would be willing to pay a nominal fee, similar to those on italki and even a bit more for someone who is familar with the Fluenz program. In my mind that would be a key element and well worth a few extra bucks. I'm sure you'd acknowledge that a person can only learn so much before they have to start using it or losing it and that's the position I find myself in at the moment. So I'll hold that vision and reconsider my position. Thank you again for sharing with me the costly and time consuming efforts you have provided to all users at no cost. You and your co-founders truly have created a superior product. And Andy and the user support team is without a doubt top notch. I am surprised more people don't contribute to The Commons but it's likely you'll see me continue to post. All the best to you and your team.
