I would think that you could just reduce the sound level on Caroline's lectures. That seems like a few hundred files rather than trying to increase the sound volume on on the other files, the 10,000.
Having messed with audio file some they could increase the volume, re-render the video clip and while that is going in the background do whatever normal work task that tech would normally be doing. Computers are multi-taskers by design. Nearly all of the time fixing the files would be the computer doing the work with the tech changing a few settings and then hitting the GO button. When that completes simply start the process over.

Andy, you might be able to fix the files automatically by using audacity. If it's only adjusting the volume it should be possible. Example: https://www.howtogeek.com/57571/how-t...
