Fluenz has been designed to be used both online and offline, exactly like an iPhone App but on your computer. To make it work offline you must have downloaded all your sessions prior to disconnecting from the internet. When you close the Fluenz Application make sure not to log out of it. Close it by clicking on the X, below and to the right on the Application’s interface. As long as you have not logged out, you can close it and then go offline, or turn off your computer, and your sessions will be there.

Thanks, I will give that a try. Also, how do I adjust the display to work with my laptop? When I launch the program on my laptop, the display is very small, which requires me to adjust the display settings of my laptop to fill the screen. I would prefer that the software would adjust to the current settings of the display. Specifically, there are no display issues running off of your website, only when I launch the program from my laptop.

Sorry, could you be more specific as to how I download the lessons? The only links I see are for iPads and Androids. I do not see an option for laptops or desktop downloads.

Me again, I have figured out where to download the sessions. I still have the issue where the screen resolution is not matched with my laptop, which aided in my inability to find where to download, as the text was too small to read clearly. I found another place to enlarge the video, however, the audio is not synchronized with the video, which makes it quite distracting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I love what I have seen from the first lessons online, however, I need to be able to work offline in order to continue to learn while traveling.
Thanks....

We are working on correcting the screen sizes within the program, so at the moment there are 2 solutions we can offer. The first would be to lower your computer's screen resolution a bit (the resolution you have is higher than what Fluenz supports) to roughly 1400x800 or somewhere in that vicinity. The second option would be to try Fluenz Online at online.fluenz.com. Since it's browser-based, you can zoom in and out and the program will take up your whole screen.

Thanks, yes, the program works fine online, my issue is that I travel and need to have off line training available. Do you have a time frame for a fix to support higher resolution displays?

The default resolution on my MacBook Pro is 1280 x 800 and it works fine.

I don't have a timeframe for that yet, but you can still use the offline version now, you'll just need to adjust your computer's resolution to something a bit lower.I know it's not ideal, but it'll look much better for the time being.

Ojosdeverdes, thanks for the comment, however, my Asus default resolution is 3200 X 1800. And, yes, it does work fine if I degrade the resolution to 1366 X 768. Not optimal when I need to switch back and forth between programs.
Andy, thanks again for the feedback. I have tested the software on my PC, iPhone, and iPad. I will use the iPad when I travel, as the program works really well on that device. I will not plan on using my PC unless I have web access...
