The Fluenz Online version is used to stream and can't be downloaded. When you first activated Fluenz, it would have prompted you to download the program for Mac or PC and you would have a desktop version of Fluenz with an icon. If you don't see that on your computer, send us an email at users[email protected] and we'll get you setup with a download link..
