I run into sound issues now and then too. I just came to the forums to see if the periodic issue has been resolved. It happens off and on for me (Win10, 64bit, using Chrome browser)

What ‘upgraded’ French?? There’s no upgraded version that I see. Is it included in the version I purchased or am I out of luck?

It's been working well for me for a while now. There was a period at the beginning when it wouldn't work at all; then for a while it was sometimes good and sometimes not. But now it works correctly consistently and dependably. Thank you for taking care of this.
