Andy, the problem persists again today. I am using the latest version of Windows 10 and accessing via Chrome. I hadn't had trouble until about two weeks ago. Today there is a spinning red box where Sonia should be and the lesson doesn't load. I wouldl send an email directly, however I can't find your email address. Help please. Jim Irwin
