I do the flashcards in 5-session chunks as I complete each 5 sessions. Then when I get to a review session I do all of the sessions up to that point. When I get to the end of the level, I do a huge all-session flashcard review.
I read another response that said no to the possibility of combining sessions from different levels.

I do a new lesson every morning, and when I finish the lesson I immediately use the flashcards for that lesson. Then at night I do those same flashcards and include flashcards from every lesson I've done since the most recent review. I include the flashcards from the review. So if I'm on lesson 17 and my most recent review was lesson 15, I would do lesson 17 flashcards in the morning and lessons 15-17 at night. This seems to be working okay for me.

It is not possible to do flashcards combining levels for now, but thans for you suggestion, we'll keep it in mind. Also, it is perfectly normal to fall back a little on earlier levels, especially if you go through them a bit fast, since memory tends to leave out a few things on the way in order to focus on the new ones... That's why we always try to review, and go back to earlier levels at Fluenz. My advice would be to try and pinpoint these areas where you start failing again so you can repeat the sessions that deal with them before moving on to more new material again.
Zac and Meshmess' ideas to do the flashcards more regularly by smaller sets can also help making sure you've retained everything well step by step...
Anyway, thank you all for the feedback, and keep up the good work!
